Indeed, their spot robot is in use with various organisations all around the world. After years of development, Tesla have first demonstrated a person in a suit, then a "working" robot that really doesn't appear to be any more advanced than a number of automatons that you can buy or rent to show things at exhibitions. Not to mention that Boston Dynamics produced videos of their technicians hitting and kicking their robots, and the robot recovering.
