I wish I liked exercising. I tried many times, but the "good feeling" you have afterwards is just not worth all the pain for me. Also, unless I work out 3h a day, it does not seem to make any difference on my shape (always been on the fat side). So, I really don't know what I should do to be healthier. Sport does not work, dieting either, plus, I hate both of them.

I watched Pewdiepie when I was very young to help cope with the terrible reality I was in as a kid.
Now, I've started to watch him again whenever I start to feel overwhelmed or down in general, as a grown man approaching my mid twenties.
It's really crazy how something so silly and seemingly simple like the content Pewdiepie makes, has become a significant part of who and where I am today. These videos have served as my therapy and friend, and I'm truly grateful for that.
