In the last recent video I just heard you talk about the difficulty in remembering important dates, such as the anniversary date. That you even request to be reminded a week or so before by your wife. This goes against everything you teach ! This goes to show we all have blind spots, is one way of saying it, at any level of success and that we are all works in progress, working on more accountability, IF we are very intentional ! Let's change the point of reference - if it was an important meeting critical to the future of your business, you would not miss it for anything, right ? You would not be leaning on a reminder from any person - certainly not the other person that meeting is most important to ! And this is not to mention that you can have a device remind you, if that's what it takes ! Even then it may be somewhat hurtful that it's not a date you can just commit to memory and making sure not to forget without assistance ! But at least you would not be asking LIsa, to whom it's most important that you remember that date. It would be huge for you both if you could make this adjustment, that may seem big but is really a very small thing. I've been on a raw vegan diet for over 10 years and I rarely have deviations, maybe several times a year. And the only time I feel anxious is after I ate some cooked food and once it is leaving the system (about two-three days later). This feeling to me is so unnatural at this point that I 100% understand that it is physical in nature and not emotional. When I experience it I clearly understand that nothing has changed in my life and there is nothing to worry about. It feels so unnatural. Anxiety is a symptom of detoxification. Also, wait until you learn and reprogram your mind about the importance of sleeping less and that you are better off not sleeping at all. The importance of hydration is also exaggerated and artificially hyped (look into the Gatorade story). Before plastic bottles were invented, people didn't run around with gallon-size jugs being afraid of dehydration and they were just fine.
