Have to say just for the larger screen size and the action button the Ultra is a win. High intensity workouts where my heart rate is up and I'm breathing hard seemed to ruin any dexterity necessary for navigating my Apple 3 watch. I've also found the heart rate sensor to be more accurate. I've got a small wrist (under 5.5") and with the small band, the watch stays put. Loving it so far and a nice upgrade. That might happen in the future, but right now people who marathon runners wear a Garmin pretty much universally and when you see a Garmin watch on an executive with a suit you say to yourself “Oh he’s one of those really serious runners”.
