Frank is saying that there will be claims made that logically don't even stand up for themselves. His first example being "there is no truth" logically, there HAS to be truth because the idea of "there is no truth" has to be TRUE in order for it to be correct AND if it's correct it is wrong because if it's true it debunks itself. If the idea that there is no truth is true, then it's wrong, logically so. Additionally, to the atheists, you don't get to claim you're on the side of logic and reasoning if you can't even understand what frank is saying here.
