I discovered this channel through another youtube channel and I'm surprised this channel has less views and likes. What I like about Tom is his authenticity, it so obvious that he really cares about helping other people with his knowledge and advice. I definitely believe in the power of mind. It helped me achieve something I was not supposed to achieve, that was many years ago. I know for a fact that my mind is super powerful. When I think negatively I immediately receive negative response from the universe, when I am positive, anything is possible. But. I think one crucial element in all of that is focus. If energy is not spread out but concentrated and it has a clear direction/goal, manifestation happens faster. Bigger goals means more energy and more focus.
