Poor Christian, it has been all too resent that it was the atheist that was persecuted and now that much of the preferential liberties given to Christians by the state have taken away those liberties and preferences, so what you're seeing is equalization, not hatred. Although I've seen plenty of hatred from believers, I have seen it directed at believers. But I've seen it from believers on against believers as you believe differently, like Catholics and Protestants. What in the world are you no longer able to do, that has been canceled? Tell me one thing that wasn't preferential treatment of Christians. Then tell me what Jesus had to say about your objection. You can still get married as you wish, gays getting married does not affect you and now they get to pay the marriage tax. They are no more sinners than you are. Are your children subjected to genital mutilation? No, your preferential treatment has been taken away and now you have little to say about what others do. It is not your place to police the life of others. It is there freewill, which you consider was given to them by a god. A god that the Bible says brought upon us, both good and evil. Which means evil was intended, then toss in freewill, so don't sound so surprised. Not that I agree with minors being allowed to be modified at such a young age. Surely the existence of atheists is far worse than sex change operations for children, as they can still find your Jesus. We are nothing more than interesting animals. I'm not a huge fan of Dr. Hawkins or any of the four-horsemen. Calling the atheist, a believer when it is disbelief is silly and will get you nowhere. The atheist debating the Christian apologist is more similar to apologetics than a religion. The only thing all atheists have in common is no belief gods exist. You won't hear me talk about science as my reason for disbelieving your god is real. I've always thought, I would probably be a believer still today if there hadn't been so many gods before Jesus and Moses. I answer to society, so do you. I follow the laws, just like I assume you do. I'm a good neighbor, brother, son, cousin, friend, subordinate, co-worker, customer, and a lot of other things to people in my life. There is no misery, although I'm looking at dialysis once again, as my transplanted kidney is giving up the ghost after 13 years. I've been through all this before, I can't complain, that's life. I have nobody or no god to blame or give credit for the things in life. I have zero perception of the supernatural world. We don't need to create god and demons as we do plenty of evil and good in this world all on our own. We wrote all the words and concepts in all the holy books that have ever existed. I've witnessed what people call miracles and they occur at the same rate as chance. It was a serpent; it didn't really become a snake. It just lost its legs. Still no mention of the Trinity in the Bible. And Matthew warns of adding meaning to the contents of the verses.
