When I have to look up what to do at the beginning of a game, the developers already messed up. Many references throughout the game display birth, reproductive organs, and the use of flesh. Scorn doesn't explain much, but brings in the player by showing graphic depictions. However, if looking farther into what the creator meant the game for, it's far darker and meaningful.
