Atheists quit borrowing from the Christian worldview for anything. Stand on your own worldview with it's merits and beliefs. Otherwise you need to just need to shut your mouths

Christians have you noticed that when an atheist makes a comment 9/10 times it has nothing to do with Frank Tureks presentation. They are not interested in the truth, but arguing against the existence of God with random futility. It's not an intellectual issue. It's a heart issue 😕

Atheists are correct that man has done atrocities in the name of Religion especially Christianity. The Inquisition, crusades, Salem witch trials and slavery in the United States. I am humble enough to admit that Christianity has had a checkered past. I don't follow religion. I follow Jesus Christ. But some of the atheists that have made comments about the Bible and Christianity are not willing to acknowledge that many atrocities throughout history have occurred in the name of Atheism. I stated this to Barbara Bond but no humility on her part. She thinks immorality in the bible came from God which is utterly ridiculous 🙄 You can't reason with them. They have to always be right. I don't have time to dialogue with the unreasonable.

That guys objective moral argument was very very poor, shooting someone dead isn't simply an opinion, it's much more to do with benefit and harm, and it's very much situational and subjective. Is smacking a child objectively moral or immoral?

Colbert probably isn’t the best reference. He mocks the priesthood in his little rant there too, he’s obviously now a far-left talk show host with very little comedic talent. The atheist he interviews is constantly deferring to ‘quantum mechanics’ as the source of his redefinition of nothing which is very incoherent and doesn’t deserve much attention because it being such an elementary error.

So old earth, young earth, it really don't matter. It's not a big deal. What really important is something else. I don't necessarily disagree with that. It's true it wouldn't really matter to him, to you, to me or many of us. That wouldn't matter to most of us' daily lives, life struggles, to our spirits, our souls. I get that. But it does matter to science. 6,000 years or 14 billion years old are too big of a difference to science. Because those things are derived from other science discoveries and understandings. It just didn't come out of nowhere. It's the cumulative consequential result. From Newton, from Copernicus. So if it don't really matter to most of Christians or the core teachings of Christianity or the theology then why don't you leave science alone? Why don't you separate science and the Bible? The Bible is not a science book.

More straw men, word games, flawed reasoning, and speculative inference. If there were any good reasons to believe in a god, we wouldn't need apologetics.

2:06:05 Freewill, sin, and predestined, I think he’s asking about sin. We are chosen by God, by His grace through the GIFT of faith. We fall short but we should desire not to sin because we have Jesus Christ’s righteousness imputed in us. If we do sin we should feel remorseful convicted by the Holy Spirit evidence of our salvation. God knows our heart we’re not charged for sins unaware. Philippians 2: 12-15 “Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world.”
