The feeling that the emotions get so big, real and sometimes out of control, determines ppl either out of empathy for the emotion as a person, fear that it may gain even more control over the That being as follows: The entities are in fact our emotions, unprocessed emotions. While from this level of consciousness they are subjected to our control and so to speak management, when we go down there, in their world, the table turns. The personification of them happens through our perception. And the way it losens the constrains is by adressing those emotions through the new picture/perspective/relation we got with those emotions we suppressed. Ppl tend to readress or better their relation with a certain emotion they‘ve suppressed either cause of empathy for it, since it now appeared for them as a being in and of itself, fear that it may get bigger, stronger and out of control or any other reason based on a realization that it is more real much stronger than previously considered. And offering it other place in the priority list, losens those constrains, maybe. When it comes to „more real than real“, I think it has to do exactly with the fact that your direct experience and confrontation quasi „face to face“ with your emotions, in their homefield, it‘s obvious the sense of it being real will be enhanced as well. I'm fifty and have been so incredibly fearful of death since suicidal ideation first crept through my thoughts at around 12/14 which has, again not surprisingly, led to being "biologically alive" but paralyzed by profound anxiety or panic/neurosis to the point of psychosis.
