The court Of Owls are from the comics and made their debute in Batman (vol. 2) #6 which came out in February 2012. They consist of Gotham City's wealthiest and most influential people. They control the Gotham city from the shadows. They have a habit of kidnapping young boys and turning them into assassins they command called Talons.
