The only person gave the clarity on the problem that many people having including me. We didn't even know that clarity is the problem but not the memory. Explanation with a bad keyboard example was very nice that we got the clarity on the problem we are already suffering with. Searched a lot regarding this on social media but fortunately I found it. The no. of times I come back to this video is very big, but every time I get shocked that how could a person have such a good clarity on mind. Very thankful to you Sadhguru 😁
