Feelings do not negate facts. A man can not become a woman and a woman can not become a man and that is a fact. A man is a man due to having an XY chromosome and the capability of naturally creating sperms as well have masculine physical traits A woman is a woman due to having the XX chromosome and having the capability to naturally grow a child within them and having feminine physical traits. If either or can not naturally do it, that doesnt mean they arent a man or woman, that just a variation/mutation/defect but they still have the potential to do so, they just cant. For intersex people, imo, it would depend on which chromosome stands out more according to their body functionality. If they have a functioning uterus as an example, they should be considered a woman, and the reverse for a man. To just say "a woman is someone who identifies as a woman" literally makes no sense, you can not define something that way. Gender dysmorphia should be treated with the intention of learning to love yourself AS yourself rather than destroying your body to fit your delusional thought process. If a depressed person said "life isnt worth it" you wouldnt say "i affirm that and support that line of thinking" you get them help to to accept life in a better light/accept their lives rather than reject it.
