On the other hand the Haitian massacre 1937 was the resulted of people crossing the border to robed cattle and other Dominican goods Trujillo met with President Gerald of Haiti 3 times to warned him about it. nothing was done by Haitian authority. Trujillo send the army and they killed a lot people..
