Only that it is independent of the universe. Beside that, we have nothing to go off of, beside what is logically impossible. We can't say it is immaterial, because energy outside of the universe might exist, and thus that energy, just like in our universe, could be converted into matter. It also cannot be said to be eternal. Nor can it be said to be personal.
