You can't just call a hospital and say "Hey, I want this lady's medical records without her even knowing about it!" and have them just give it to you. MASSIVE lawsuit against the hospital, and so easy to win that your attorney could be a toddler. If by some miracle you were able to get them to give you the medical records and you presented those records on national television, that is an even larger lawsuit against the tv station!! This isn't rocket science, guys. This whole thing is either fake, or for whatever reason this woman gave the hospital permission to release her records, and also gave permission to the TV station to disclose those records on air... Which I'm sure they would have had her do in writing so that she couldn't sue them.
