And my daughter! I know I'm very naïve! Sometimes I think I'm stupid! Because I do a lot of things and I'm stupid! You don't know when I was little growing up in Venezuela. They used to make fun of me.! my maiden name is Bella! And the people were making fun of my name! Saying Apágame la vela! And I said to them, my name is Bella with the B, not with a V! and they also told me get out of my country. You are white and blonde you don't belong in my country.! I was bullied so many times I was very sensitive always! But I was also very kind to people! My father suffered in World War II! And it turned out to be schizophrenic! Because I was a crybaby, I got spanked more than anybody else! Used to beat us really bad! and he used to fight with my mother and used to hit my mother! And he was throwing items and glasses! I could not sleep! I had to go to school very early in the morning! And I was so tired, tired, mentally and physically! Because I did not get enough sleep time! So I think that is something to my brain! And also, I know I have autism! Because I cannot take loud noises! It feels like banging on my head! People don't understand this! but I want to get a brain scan! Because I know there's something in my brain if you can help me please! I would be so grateful to you like I said I don't wanna do nothing! Against my religion! That's what God prevent me! Because God loves me! I never really felt any anger when I was a kid and never knew why. I've been struggling to deal with it all coming up but my condition has improved tremendously. My heart hurts more than it ever has and i now feel anger i never knew i had. Im having to learn how to deal with anger as an adult and its hard. Its extremely hard to let the pain be and not push it away again. Everything he is saying is so true about illness. My fibromyalgia only settled and became bearable after I started to address all the things he is saying about worrying about everyone else. It's still an extremely hard thing to address. I have extreme guilt, thats really hard to undo. I hate making anyone feel bad and i sacrifice alot to make others comfortable. I also feel responsible for others and feel a need to take on others pain for them and fix problems of others. I didn't even realise I was suppressing anything. I did it so long and so much that I have no memory of being angry before the last 3yrs. I've been trying to address this for about 10 years and have made lots of progress but the anger part really surprised me, i didnt know i had that in me. I have done this for so long I have no other point of reference of being. As he says, when it goes back before your memory is formed, you really do not see because you have no reference of anything other than. I hope this helps someone else. I learnt alot of this thing on my own and I try to give others the tools to make the process easier for them. I had to really look for answers to find them, so glad there is people like this giving this information out on a larger scale.
