I coded back in college but my dumb ass never changed my major to computer science/programming. Luckily I’m in a tech job but it’s not as close to where I want to be in terms of coding or front end development (which is what I like most). Do you have any suggestions of where I should start? I contemplated going back to school, or just gaining certs but I never know what is the right decision. If anybody has any tips I would greatly appreciate it. There are a lot of people who talk about tech work culture but it always seems to gloss over important subtext. You're the only two that make the feeling of what's expected obvious, speak about how to take day to day failure. And it's super important cause a lot of this process is going down blind hallways, you don't know if your doing things properly until you fail or succeed and it's exhausting.
