Economic health needs to be decoupled from population increase and fossil fuel use. Wind, solar and battery combinations are the lowest possible power generation on earth, and work anywhere even in Alaska. EVs are becoming lower cost then ICE vehicles, and the cost to operate EVs are roughly 1/5 the cost of ICE.
