As great as Kikrhope’s and Nintendo’s official remixes and covers can be, they tend to approach these songs with the subtlety of a cartoon mallet. They typically are thunderous and loud from the get go and compensate for that by getting even louder whenever they get to the “main section” of the song, but that’s not how these songs work.
