This proves that the Quran not copied from the Bible. Jesus fulfilled the law, and He was not against it, neither was Paul. God had to prove to man, that the law was not going to provide salvation. WHY? because the obedience to the law (which is good and Holy), can NOT address man's problem. The law cannot change your nature (Genesis CH 3 explains the fall of mankind, from spirit-body to fleshly body, and the flesh is where your sin nature resides, not in your spirit. Jesus said "You must be born again or from above or born of sprit" This change then is one only God can do. It changes your nature, on the inside. Not on the outside, for that will perish in the end. Right now, you need your body, but faith says to see yourself as who you really are, IF indeed God knows you, and you aren't just stuck inside some kind of religious system. If you read the text carefully, you will notice that Adam, Eve, and the serpent were cursed. Now a snake cannot be cursed into a snake, if he already is one. Right? So, it does not say the snake was cursed. it says God cursed the serpent, and a serpent in the scriptures is not a snake, he is more like the "Missing Link". He was a servant and he worked the grounds, he looked human, he was intelligent, but he did not have God's presence or glory. Notice Adam and Eve lost that after their act of disobedience. Therefore, Eve was not shocked when she spoke to the serpent. But this serpent/Satan brought in the sin nature, therefore YOU MUST BE BORN ANEW from above, without it, you only have your sinful nature and cannot go to heaven The event of being born again, is God immersing us into Christ, or Christ in us the hope of glory, via what we know as the "The New Birth / The Born-Again Experience". This new birth gives us a new nature, the nature of Christ, since the nature from Eve's descendants were tainted by her encounter with Satan and the Serpent (who WAS not a snake, but was cursed into being a snake). The fall produced The Sin Nature. This nature was in man. Mankind lived in a body, that body is called flesh, and that is where sin is, according to Paul. This nature and this body, was taken to death by Christ, when God turned Jesus over to the authorities to be killed (a sacrifice for us). Then when Christ died, we died also (in flesh), BUT we were raised (in Spirit) when Jesus was raised for, we were in Him, according to Hebrews explanation of Melchizedek. Now before Christ could come and be a sacrifice, He had to have a reason to come, a reason mankind could relate to, and what was that? That was "acts of sin" or failure. This failure was given opportunity by "The Law". Then when men had been given 3000+ years. God sent His "Begotten Son" (Very important word. For we are begotten, into "ONE NEW MAN". So Now God says, it is time. Man can NOT obey the law, and continuously sins in "the flesh" (man's body). So, God said thru the new birth / new nature, we will leave this body behind, with its acts of sin, and "Live in the spirit" (Paul says reckon this to be true) ... Like changing modes of transportation, you had a car, but needed to fly, the car cannot do that, so you got a plane, for a plane has the ability / right nature to fly. The identity of Jesus is also crucial… Why all this controversy? People say "1st He says he is God, then he says he is just the son, and doesn't know certain things".... Have you ever heard that argument? Jesus was not confused. Jesus the man was born in time, a certain time. That was His BODY. But what filled Him without measure, was SPIRIT. So yes, they are one, but not in flesh, for God is not flesh, but Jesus body was flesh. So, it's true. Jesus was in Spirit fully God and in his flesh, He was man. Please allow me to share How I know this, for God told me this very thing 15 years ago. In 1974 I met Jesus. I knew nothing about Him. I met Jesus thru a hippie bible college student, named Gary Osborn. He met me in a local library checking out books on world religions. He asked me to pray in his car, with his hippie wife. I was 16 years old. I had no religious experience. I prayed saying what Gary would say. I finished, got out of his car and said now what. Gary said "just Praise God"... I said "what's that mean". But I walked all the way home thanking God. Three days later. I was in a class full of kids, and I heard a voice just, as if someone where directly behind me, and it said "tell them about Jesus". After looking behind me. Finding no one there, I said I don't know what to say. The voice said "just open your mouth I'll give you the words to say". This was followed by some other very super natural events (full body visions) , like where Paul says "in the body or not, I do not know". A year later, I got hurt by some Christians. Went back home, so sad, saying I'll never trust anyone again. I fell into sin. I was devastated. I prayed, fasted, confessed to all who would listen, I wrote Pat Robertson (he was big then), I even fasted for 30 days. NO RELIEF. This sin, and this wilderness was killing me. The heavens were brass. It was as if God had left me. I got married, had kids, raised them, worked hard, grew older, and still struggled. This went on for 30+ years. Then one day, I'm driving, and I yell at God "When are you going to help me with this". But this time, unlike so many times before. I don't get silence. I get an answer... He speaks and says "When are you going to tell me the truth"... I say what truth? Then I SEE... Oh no. I love this sin. So, I confess to the Lord; "God I love this sin, please don't bother me about this, leave me alone with this sin" For 3 days I would confess this truth, this truth I did not know. All of a sudden, I was free. That was 15 years ago This same kind of experience happened again, concerning trusting God, while I was driving, and also a 3rd time, when alone at home. The Lord asked me "Why do you believe what you believe, and who taught you". He spoke many other things including "I don't ever want you to put your sin, above my love and grace for you again". "I am the farmer, you are the vine" "It's not your job to change yourself, that is MY job". "When I want to change something in your life, I will bring it to your attention, and you confess to me, what I reveal to you". This has happened to me many times since that day.
