The heading of this video is essentially an appeal to authority or a form of "celebrity endorsement". In other words, if Nike uses a famous athlete to advertise its brand of shoes, then the shoes MUST be good! Similarly, the heading of this video explains it all. Just because some educated person (Dr) believes in invisible sky gods, then it must be true. Really???

Very true. The Rock doesn't move. It's still there. "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life." You cannot defeat the truth. You may get overwhelmed by your feelings but that shouldn't matter. Here is a question for you that will puzzle you. Please answer this I want to know. If the Lord, who alone is righteous and just, and who remembers his people, is somehow still present in Sheol, then surely there is still in some sense justice and righteousness even in this dark land. It would make no sense, in other words, for the righteous to be punished in Sheol; that would be contrary to God’s justice, and it would also be contradictory to their blessed state at the resurrection. Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!

In case anyone finds this helpful or is interested in praying for our Christian ministries/leaders/shepherds/evangelists/apologists like Frank Turek and Gary Habermas: 16 prayer points you can pray for them: 1 You can pray that they will always have a good walk with God (that they will not forget their first love), that God will bless their daily private Bible reading and prayer life, and that they will have good sound doctrine. 2 You can pray that they will be full of the Holy Spirit and that God will bless their ministries so that many more people will come to faith in Jesus for God’s glory, and that they will feed God’s sheep and disciple them properly. 3 You can pray that they will be humble, that they will remember how many Christian leaders in the past have fallen, and that they will have a very healthy fear of the Lord. 4 You can pray that God will protect them and the ministry God has given them from: Pride Love of fame Love of money Desire for the approval of people rather than the approval of God Being worried about offending people Compromising God’s Word Sexual temptation Demonic attacks Persecution (from outside the Church and inside the Church) 5 You can pray for their PHYSICAL HEALTH and that God will heal all their health problems. 6 You can pray for their MENTAL HEALTH. Pastors and Christian workers often have stress and battle discouragement and depression. Please God touch them and heal them of all mental and emotional problems and distress. They can also sometimes be hurt by the people they serve or by other Christian leaders - so we can pray that this won’t happen but that if it does that God will heal these wounds and strengthen His servants to forgive each other and that God will restore unity for His Glory. 7 You can pray that God will bless and protect their families. Satan often attacks Christian workers by attacking their loved ones. So you can pray that their family members will all have a good walk with God, have good sound doctrine, that God will protect them all from demonic attacks, that God will also bless and protect their physical and mental health, heal them of all infirmities, and that God will bless all their family relationships so that there is peace and love in their families. You can pray that God especially blesses and protects all areas and parts of their marriages, so that they will not be tempted to look elsewhere. Also please God bless their marriages especially so that they can be a model and example for other Christians. 8 You can pray that God will abundantly bless and protect the finances of the ministries and also the personal finances of God’s servants (especially finances needed for health or medical expenses). You can pray that they always have abundant finances so that they can always do every good work God wants them to do. 9 You can pray that God blesses and protects the relationships between Christian co-workers in ministries - so that no jealousy or strife or bitterness takes root. That they will all have Christian unity and that their focus will be on God getting all the glory and rejoice in any and all work for God. 10 You can pray that God prevents any technical or logistical or legal or any type of problems for their ministry, but if they have any such issues/problems that God will help them resolve/fix and totally solve and remove these problems. 11 If it’s an internet (e.g. YouTube) ministry you can pray that God will help the videos spread on those platforms and get many views and that God will use the videos to bring many people to repentance and faith in Jesus. 12 You can pray that God will help Christian leaders be good shepherds of Jesus’ sheep and continue to feed Jesus’ sheep, and that they will not only convert people, but also disciple new converts so that they can grow and develop and mature in a healthy and supported way. 13 You can pray that God will give them the heart of a servant. 14 You can pray that God gives them wisdom and helps them and powerfully guides them when making all decisions and plans. 15 You can pray that if they make mistakes or sin that God will grant them humility and repentance and restore them. 16 You can pray that more Christians will pray consistently for Christian leaders/pastors/shepherds/workers/ministries. *********************** You could make a list of pastors/ministries you want to support and pray for them regularly. Jesus said: “ when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” Matthew 6:6

I've never doubted there is a God, there has to be, because it's the only scenario that makes sense. You can't have anything without something being eternal, and you don't get anything else unless the eternal entity is a creative being - aka God. And after that logic, we'll you run into the immediate problem that Christianity is true. We'll if there's a God and Christianity is true then I know where my faith is, in Christ.

we've all been through that period, where we question where God is during times of hardship. It's a test of character and our faith, when gold is put through the fire, it's impurities are removed, it's the same with us, as we go through the fire, our character in Christ is being shaped, and impurities are being removed as long as we stay rooted in faith.

The Apologetics Issue: How To Shoo Atheists. I'm sure you have heard the famous expressions from atheists: -Give me proof beyond a reasonable doubt. -Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. So what would the claptrap actually be? Direct spatial evidence of God himself? (And considering God is the cause of the spatial, wouldn't that be an oxymoron? A rhetorical request?) Cause otherwise it wouldn't be "proof beyond a reasonable doubt", or "extraordinary evidence", so to say. Which is impossible to do, which in turn keeps their "unconvinced" card in play. Opening the stage curtains to the greatest theatrical play: Trying to woo one with the maxed-out potential of playing hard to get. -The evidence is unconvincing! You MISS the point. You cannot be convinced! (Did you mean the imaginary multiverse cope by any chance?) -i can be convinced by any proof/evidence actually. ! Like what exactly?! The HELL do you want?! (puns indeed intended) -.. Like direct spatial evidence of God. .. You are invincible. And with that, the push for proof is.. shooed. End of act. And sure enough, they don't want the charade to end either, ascertained and self-evident by their incessant prompting for proof still and all. Oblivious to the bare ludicrousity of it all. Or is it out of compulsion, or just compulsed? Reckon it's their fixated attempt at concealing their pseudo standing in the charade. Added they want to save the opportune to strut their weaving skills, it's their whole shtick after all. The dodgy champion of beliefs, dodging even it's very belief! K. yourself O. P.S. Anyone asking for proof at all on THE MATTER OF GOD to begin with is already a cocksure sign that they are of the kind mentioned above. Affixed to do the aforementioned deeds, nay, hell-bent on it. P.P.S. Let's turn it around for a change. -How can I convince you that God doesn't exist? When you can know it to be true. Otherwise it wouldn't be rational, you know? Kids who believe in Santa is less wishful than that. Plus, it's a much lower bar.

Jesus who bodily dwells in him all the fullness of the divinity without any interest for him. (Colossians 2:9) said, “As for the day or the hour, no one knows, neither the angels in the heavens, nor the Son, but the Father alone. (Mark 13:32) Nor Jesus the man, Nor Jesus the god, Nor Jesus the flesh, Neither Jesus the 100% man, Neither Jesus the god 100%, Nor Jesus fully man, Nor Jesus fully god, Nor Jesus the Son of God, Nor Jesus the son of man, Nor Jesus on earth, Nor Jesus in heaven, Nor Jesus before being glorified, Nor Jesus after being glorified, Neither Jesus the alpha and the omega, Neither Jesus the first and the last, Nor Jesus the king of kings, Nor the holy spirit, Neither the angels nor anyone else... Knew the hour of the day of judgment. But the FATHER (ALONE + ALONE + ALONE) who knew the hour. THE FATHER, THE ONE TRUE GOD as Jesus himself said in (John 17:3) who knows the moment of this hour. But Christians did not like these words of Jesus and rejected his words. So Jesus and the holy spirit in all their states and in all their forms and in all places...were not god because of their ignorance, therefore they are imperfect and therefore they did not deserve to be worshipped. I don't know what was the use of the bodily presence of all this fullness of divinity in the body of Jesus without being able to know the time!

Thomas Aquinas, nicknamed the Angelic Doctor, said that the original fault is the cause of the incarnation of the Son of God. It therefore appears that the Omnipotent has foreseen this mystery as absolution of this transgression, since without the said violation, there would have been no incarnation. Original sin was the main cause of Jesus' descent to earth, his incarnation, his crucifixion and his death. But where did Jesus talk about this sin of Adam or Adam or at least where he alluded to them!!!? How was such a very important thing overlooked by Jesus in all of his words, in all of his speeches…!!!? IT IS TRULY INCONCEIVABLE AND IMAGINABLE that the main cause of Jesus coming down to earth to suffer and die was THE ORIGINAL SIN...how Jesus spoke of prostitutes, donkeys, dogs, pigs... and neglected to talk about this ORIGINAL SIN or only man responsible for all suffering on earth namely ADAM or at least alluded to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! WITHOUT ORIGINAL SIN AND WITHOUT ADAM... NO CHRISTIANITY = Where Jesus spoke of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????????????????? IF YOU GIVE ME ONE LITTLE WORD FROM JESUS' OWN MOUTH, I will become a Christian but not blind like you or your friends.

The “lack of evidence” case is always presented as the reason but dig down deep enough and rejection of God proves personal at the root. Personal offense and pride keeps man from God. Many of those same people will believe in plenty of other things that don’t have to be proven to be believed but it’s God that the heaviest burden is placed on because He confronts and challenges peoples self image, morality and autonomy more than anything else. That’s as personal as it gets.

Good stuff, but I really think we need more apologetic material that confronts non-Christian spirituality as opposed to just always making it Christianity vs Naturalism. Materialistic naturalism is dumb, and there are many who reject it and believe in higher spiritual realities and life after death but yet do not embrace Christianity.

New Covenant Whole Gospel: Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. Watch the YouTube videos “The New Covenant” by David Wilkerson, or Bob George, and David H.J. Gay.
