Ok, I'm just gonna cut to the chase right now, at this point while I am somewhat having a good time with Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, this game is starting to really, really... REALLY piss me off and I am not liking this game as much as I want too....and there is one aspect as to why I'm not liking this game.....its level design. Now I’m not saying that it’s as bad as the previous game, I was able to beat all of World 1: Lost Mangroves without losing a Life once and for the first time in eight days before I started Donkey Kong Country Returns on the Wii, I had a great time…. but it’s by the last two stages of the second World were things go downhill fast, from the pits that you can easily fall in, cheap enemy placements and many, many…. MANY more BS moments that I cannot describe. That being said tho, I will say that it’s an improvement over Donkey Kong Country Returns… but the later stages are starting to become so much even more bullshit then they are that whenever I play this game, I have a nuvis expression on my face thinking to myself "Oh god… what other bullshit is gonna happen next?", so I hope I'm not doing anything wrong here, because with that being said, I am still gonna play Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze as it IS fun, but dear god does it have its bullshit moments that can get under my skin.>> <<@drumjod says : DKC2 and DKC3 were magical games for me. It's hard to put my finger on what it is about DKC Returns that just didn't do it for me. I guess it feels kind of like playing a mobile game, but on a console? The art style, the feel, the flow, the levels, the secrets, the sense of exploration, the music. Those were all thinkgs that OG DKC did for me. But then DKCR felt in need of CPR, so DKCRTF came in and I tried it, but I didn't get far. Still have that love for Donkey Kong and thinking Bonanza might be a great comeback.
