Sometimes what happens is there's a build up of wax that can be caused by an infection that you need a doctor to flush it out. It's an interesting procedure, not like Dead Space, but it will make you feel better. If it's a ear infection my parents use to dip a q tip in 2 % 3% hydrogen peroxide an let it settle for few minutes then rinse out ears with water then use another q tip an tilt head so q tip is going up ear facing ground blockages fall out that way an after I use my pinky an create suction an get whatevers out an same with other ear . Theres also doctors who use a scraper an water jet if that is a rout u wanna take or let it heal or be as is .
