I was participating in a guided meditation known as the "The awakening Wisdom." I was preforming the meditation with my eyes open observing the person in front of me. The lighting in the hall was dimed. The Awakening Wisdom meditation is a meditation preformed standing and has movement. My hands were behind me and I was bringing them forward. When my hands were in front of my body and I saw a thick border of white opaque "Energy" is what I thought it was. Just then I saw two flashes; top right hand side of the hall. I observed it traveling and one landed on an empty meditation cushion. It turned in to a column of opaque white. It was there for at least twenty minuets. A participant that came late to the class waled by me and went and stood on the meditation cushion. I could see her and the opaque column of light around her. I was watching them for a few minuets and went back to the practice. Then I started to see incense flashes coming from my left side. I stopped and turned back to my left to see what was causing the flash. What I observed was when the lady was still or making slow movements, the column of opaque light was around her. When she makes a sudden movement it disappears, and when her movements is slow it appears around her.
