Yes a single leader can get things done on a faster timeline but those things may not be benificial . We have seen this in the roman empire with dictatorial growth . We can also see that in the corporate world where a ceo ruining a company . The problem is humans desire a single leader to guide them . This is comnon in tje animal kingdome where the alpha controls the group . A single leader has one vision which can be corrupted very easily . A eutopian society will have to move away from the single leader . The war in Europe is a good example of that where one man caused a huge catastrophe .
