Военные Украины используют «СтарЛинк», которую им предоставляет И. Маск. А ведь это - по российским законам - преступление. В уголовном кодексе России есть понятие "пособник": Статья 33.5. Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации: “Пособником признаётся лицо, содействовавшее совершению преступления советами, указаниями, предоставлением информации, средств или орудий совершения преступления..." Пособник не убивает сам, пособник сознательно подаёт оружие убийце. Поэтому у России есть законное право пресекать такие действия для защиты жизни своих граждан и собственности и наказать виновных их свершивших. Каким способом она сможет это сделать в современных условиях? Просто. Используя высокоточное оружие, высокоточными ударами уничтожать во время транспортировки или разрушать заводы, на которых производятся боеприпасы и оружие, убивающее наших людей, а так же средства связи. Не нужно объявлять им войну, не нужно покушаться на правительство, не нужно нападать на министерство обороны, генеральный штаб, воинские части, а только лишь уничтожить объект, несущий смерть нашим гражданам. Это не нападение, это прекращение обстрелов в будущем, это возмездие за погибших. Конечно, им надо дать шанс исправиться, отъиграть ситуацию назад и только потом действовать. И не надо бояться войны - они её боятся в ещё большей степени, поэтому войны не будет. С.
