At 1:32, the caption should read "12V 2A PSU", not "12V 2W PSU". My apologies for this error. Actual power consumption at idle and load is measured later in the video. :)

Great video, thanks for another useful upload. I would be interested to know of a similar low cost machine that is certified as officially supporting Windows 11. The reason is that my employer now requires that to access work systems from home we need to install MS Company Portal which gives the IT dept. the ability to remote wipe hard disks of personally owned PCs. And clearly I'm not okay with that and that software is going nowhere near my primary desktop PC, instead I've set up a Hyper-V install of Win11 and installed Company Portal on that. But it's far from ideal and that VPC sucks a huge amount of RAM so a low cost dedicated Win11 mini PC would be a better solution...

The one nice thing to know is that for $100, a person or company could get a basic computer that is capable of the standard tasks most of us use.

could you please do a showcase of a Bmax B4 Turbo or Beelink S13 maybe? these are good value mini-pcs and would really like to see specifically your video on that matter, as yours are generally better, because the way you do your videos on such topics is much more thoughtful and meaningful, without all that "gAmINg PeRfOrManCe", with only intended use cases shown when it comes to mini-pcs and other low-end hardware such as your n100dc-itx video, where the only game shown is solitaire

I searched amazon and found a N150 with 8GB DDR4/256GB SSD for $113 - looking at benchmark data single core is 4X faster is multicore is ~10X faster...seems like a much more CPU and storage for just a bit more $ The TDP is a bit higher but I bet you could lower that in the BIOS and it would still be faster.

hello, i saw your review full of interest, as well as your explanation about windows and linux. My questions: -1 is there a mini pc on the market on which MacOS can run or be installed? -2 what to look for when buying a mini pc, because after all, upgrading is no longer possible, or is it? Thanks in advance and good luck.

Hi, Great channel and great info. Have you ever done a video on how to access the backup partition and take a clone copy of it? So, say you decide that you want to free up the space but later on you might want to put it back, so can you take a clone copy of the contents and set it back up to the way it was?

Great review! Nice to be able to buy that for $100 but I’m in Canada. I think there must be some tariffs on it because Amazon selling it around $200. I’m not too sure if it’s exact same model it would be interesting if you looked it up for us and let us know what the Canadian price is . Thanks again thanks for doing this Chris

Been about 10 months having mine, Iike it, just what we need for a 2nd computer. I usually use it to watch TV, do Facebook and you tube. Had a extra set of speakers, I hooked them up for better sound. easy to move as well, if we want to watch a movie on the other Tv that we cannot get on it, just had to unplug it bring the plug in with the device and hooked it up that easy.

I find the lack of controlling windows updates ‘due to your organisation’ most concerning , this suggests, this PC is communicating to someone else who ultimately manages the windows and therefore device without your control. Unless i do a clean OS install, I would not trust the pre-installed software. Otherwise, great and informative video.

Damm is it slow, my 350 dollar laptops from 2014 and 2016 respectively are 80% and 100% faster respectively. The 2014 Dell Inspiron 3452 has a Dual Core Pentium 3558U and The 2016 Dell Inspiron 3552 has a similar low power CPU (Pentium N3700) but has 4 cores and a base clock of 1.6 GHz and same boost frequency
