The Lord knows how to deliver his out of temptation. Even just Lot was delivered. I find when I stand alone, I remember Paul's prayer to be delivered, the Lord responded my Grace is enough. In our weakness, He (Jesus) is strong in us. Never do I feel alone even when I'm alone because I know how all this ends, because I cheated I looked in the back of the book & I saw the winner stand tall & bright on a white horse. & on his thigh was written Lord of Lords & King of King's. I remember when he rose from the dead I said I go to my Lord & your Lord & my God & your God. And I know he included me in his victory.

We are ALL sinners that fall short of the glory of God. And we ALL are deserving of eternal punishment in hell because sin is so serious (sin is evil and it is the cause of all pain, death, and suffering). And that’s why Jesus suffered soooo much for us, and that’s why He died on the cross for ALL our sins (past, present, AND future sins) and rose from the dead 3 days later! Jesus did all this because He loves us sooooo much, you can’t even fully comprehend it! And you may have eternal life with Him if you repent (to change your mind about Jesus, to believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord our God) and have faith in Him, then you will be saved! (Let’s make it clear that being a good person WILL NOT get you into Heaven! You can only be saved by the grace God will show you, if you repent and have faith in Jesus and in what Jesus did for us on the cross and that He rose from the dead 3 days after He died for us! ONLY THEN, will you will be saved)! And do not wait because you do not know when you will die (sit and think deeply about that. You have NO CLUE when you will die! Today could be your last day, tonight could be your last night. You can die in your sleep or even in the next hour!) I want you to realize how urgent and important it is to have Jesus! But if you have Jesus, you will NEVER have to worry! You won’t have to worry about school, family problems, life, or EVEN DEATH because you will have the LORD your GOD, RIGHT BY YOUR SIDE, EVERY SINGLE DAY, EVERY SINGLE HOUR, EVER SINGLE MINUTE and EVERY SINGLE SECOND of your life! GOD can help you through ANY challenge, through ANY hardship, and through ANY depressing time in your life! GOD WILL NEVER leave you, GOD WILL NEVER forget about you, GOD WILL NEVER betray you, GOD WILL NEVER forsake you, and GOD WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!!! And that is why GOD is calling you RIGHT NOW to be saved!!!!

There isn't a single, accredited college or university on this planet that in anyway promotes athiesm. The material that gets taught is just the most up to date information that is supported by the evidence for that particular subject. If students are leaving the church, could be from the critical thinking skills that are required to succeed at that level and are being used to realize that a God is not needed to explain anything in the natural world. You are free to believe in what you wish, but children should not be forced to believe in bronze age myths.

1. I think apologists themselves have a huge problem. As long as believers keep within a Christian bubble, apologetics appears impressive. However the moment believers move away from the bubble, most apologetic arguments which are presented with such incredible confidence by apologists, turn out to be, at best, not necessarily good arguments. At worst they turn out to be pure bunk. Maybe the old church fathers had real skills, living as they did in largely pre-scientific cultures. Their apologetics were often brilliant. But these days, the context has changed, thanks to science. 2. When kids who have lived in a Christian bubble move out into the world, they learn about reality. It's healthy for them to do this, even though it comes with risks. Non Christian parents have the same problems. It's risky when kids grow up and move out into the world. 3. Like theism, atheism is not a world view. Both form part of a world view. Atheism simply denies that the supernatural exists. Theism claims that it does exist. However, both within the atheist camp and within the theist camp, individuals believe all kinds of different, and often conflicting things. So there has to be more to "world view" than just - "God exits" or "God does not exist".

If Christianity were true, wouldn't the Truth be the right answer? If an honest discussion about religion is going to lead most people to a position where they do not believe that there is enough evidence to justify a belief in a deity... maybe that just IS the answer. Maybe you shouldn't be be making acrobatic leaps in logic which often defy logic, to support a belief for which their is insufficient evidence..? Maybe if your kids have a better foundation of epistemology that you do, that's actually a Good thing. Admitting that the truth will lead them away, and leave them apologetically unprepared to defend the position of god belief... is a Really Big Concession for this channel. What Franck is proposing is like telling your children that "Everything in life is free", when it absolutely is not, then handing them a bunch of money to pay for everything and exclaiming "See! everything is Free! hooray".

Trouble is we have an unfair situation once the youngsters reach college. Many have been brainwashed with religious fantasy on a daily basis from birth and all political extremists and religious leaders know how effective that is. No doubt there are a few stories of students from atheist backgrounds being converted. Personally I think religious indoctrination of children is child abuse and should not be allowed in schools. If you must waste educational time, present each side with equal time and commitment from the beginning.

Atheism is not a world view. It is simply the disbelief in any god due to lack of sufficient evidence.......that's it. There is no atheistic dogma, no teachings and no position on any other issue. You say 3 of 4 young people walk away from the church after being exposed to the secular world. If this is true perhaps there is something to be taken from this: once out from under religious indoctrination they learn how to better evaluate the assertions and claims of religious teachings and begin to think critically rather than just accept as truth that which has been presented to them on faith alone. There are no good reasons to believe in religious dogma, only faith, and one could believe anything at all on faith alone.

This is only my experience, but I've found the exact opposite of the situation described in this video. I came from an agnostic family (mum is non-practicing Presbyterian, sister is atheist, and pre-university I was atheistic Buddhist-leaning) who have always supported my freedom of what to believe. It was in my second year that the Lord revealed Himself to me and I immediately wanted to be baptized. Of course I'm not the strongest Christian there ever was, I struggle with sin more than most, but I constantly pray to the Lord to help me want to stop these evil things that I do on a regular basis. I just think it speaks to the incredible power of God that He could take someone like me, who actively dismissed Christianity as myth, and turn me into someone who prays regularly and awaits Christ's return. I think what's important is to not punish kids for not believing in God, but to teach them to keep an open mind, because if my life is worth anything, it is to show that Christ can, and will, reveal Himself. (Edit: forgot a couple of pretty significant words and realized when reading it over, also better punctuation for ease of reading)

Many schools and colleges are now engaging in indoctrination rather than education. Telling kids what to think instead of teaching them how to think. It's not only a disservice to them on our part to send them to institutions like that but to have given them Christianity without facts and reason for why it's true and the understanding that the unbelieving world is personally hostile to it. They should be well grounded in the faith and confident in their beliefs before they're sent into such places that will do everything they can to talk, mock, pressure and even persecute them out of it.
