No sexual distinction is to be made as far as salvation (being IN CHRIST) is concerned. A woman can give a man the gospel of God--Priscilla AND Aquilla did this for Apollos (Acts 18:24-26). Yet on earth, in this life, and in the local church, there are sexual distinctions to be made if one is to follow God's will. Headship is a big deal. Priscilla didn't teach Apollos without her head (Aquilla) present. People rail against the transgender stuff while refusing to acknowledge the weak, lacking, or corrupted preaching and teaching on the home that preceded and precedes it. And even fewer acknowledge the broken faith in the Bible that led Christendom to supplement (or supplant) God's Book with intellectualism, emotional experiences, cultural trends, etc. [Matthew 7:24 KJV] [24] Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: [John 6:63 KJV] [63] It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and [they] are life. If I am incorrect in any way about this then I pray that the Holy Spirit reveal it to me but from what I have studied that is what I understand as the Biblical position. It is important to keep in mind that Paul did not phrase things delicately or in a way that is winsome to our current PC-obsessed culture.
