Its monopoly over the courts, its silencing of men and women who are not licensed initiates, its role in enforcing foreign statutes through UNIDROIT and UCC overlays—all of this is historically consistent with the dangers Congress codified. The evidence is not theoretical; it is demonstrated in practice, case by case, as property, inheritance, and due process are stripped from the people while the BAR sustains its monopoly. Chapter 23 and its clear proscriptions, the conduct of BAR Associations constitutes exactly the form of subversive activity identified as a clear and present danger to the Republic.” 50 U.S.C.
