Although they were responsive for the first two days after I reiterated my refund request, they have gone completely silent for the past three days—no replies and no contact whatsoever. I have already sent dozens of emails demanding a refund and even reported the issue to my credit card company. Naturally, they haven't shipped the item either; given that they stop responding to inquiries or refund requests once the payment is made, it is obvious that any after-sales support would be non-existent.
