There is no limit to your storage in NORA. There is a finite space on yourself, which you can upgrade twice in character. What happens is when you are looting, if you have no space on yourself, all the extra goes to NORA. Also, your weapons are on tiers for the most part. Sure, there are certain advantages each weapon has. For example, the energy pistol, can be specced to damage organic enemies, or to stun robots. But to do more damage, you want the Dominator and finally the Railgun. I prefer the Twin Saw melee weapon as when you unlock the duel blade,s, you have an unlimited ranged weapon that cost zero (the pistol, dominator, railgun work of your energy store).
