You say that the book of Enoch is not inspired but if you read in The book of Jude verse 12 Jude talks of Enoch and quotes Enoch. So if he quotes Enoch how can you say that the book of Enoch is not inspired. Ethiopian Jews today still have the full OT, same as the Catholic Church. The word means straight Doctrine, no changes. The Roman Catholics add to doctrine, the Protestants subtract from it. This is even more prevalent today. If you Love God, please know the difference between the Septuagint and the Masoretic Old Testament. The Septuagint was translated from old Hebrew to Greek by 70 Scribes in 300BC, when the old Hebrew language was dying and Greek was the language of the day. This was the scriptures widely used in Jesus’ day. The Masoretic was the rewriting of the OT by the Jews in the 10th century in the new Hebrew language, not the old. In that text, they took out some key information to discredit Christ as the Messiah. Also, it did not include any books that were written in Greek. A reason why so many believe there was 500 years of silence before Christ. Martin Luther and the Protestants chose the Masoretic text. The Orthodox use the Septuagint.
