Lack of exploring, lack of buying fuses for better weapon loot, lack of side quests, avoiding combat for experience and loot drops. It all adds up to where he is now. I think you only did two side quests and went straight to the main story missions, so you were kind of underlevel going into the end of the campaign. I Want to take this chance to say that I love you content and your commentary.
