When you break the rules, the system is designed to punish you. The other more difficult thing to understand is the doctrine of election in predestination. Predestination does not mean that you are predestined to do certain things. God elects certain people that he has chosen to save. Those who are chosen are not any more worthy than those who have not been chosen. His choices are not based on anything that we can do as people. In that sense people are predestined for heaven or hell. No one is being unjustly treated because everyone and I mean everyone deserves the death penalty or hell. The concept of hell is only understood in terms of a caricature but hell is actually where you are one-on-one in the presence of God for all eternity with him pouring his infinite wrath upon you for all of eternity. That is actually what he'll really is it's one-on-one too because every last person is going to have a one-on-one relationship with God but it won't be a good one and you will not be aware of the others being totally isolated distance of course possible to God because he's omnipresent No one can actually even choose faith in God on their own. This is in John 6. Jesus is quoted as saying that no one can come to him unless the father who sent him draws him to him. I'm explaining it not quoting it but that's pretty close. The use of the word, draws, translated from original tongue has the connotation of water being drawn up from the well because of course the water cannot come up from the well by itself it must be drawn up. Likewise the purpose of the holy spirit is to change the disposition of your heart but not against your will so that you will willingly go to him. This is God taking action but to Simply condemn somebody to hell he needs to do nothing because our own sins condemned has to hell and if we don't come to Christ, we can never be saved. There is no actual impediment do choosing price but no one ever does unless the Holy Spirit changes the disposition of their heart because the disposition of All hearts is always towards sin. This is not unfair because of course no one is being punished for something they did not do. Mercy is an unmerited gift and some will receive Mercy and while Mercy is non justice, it is not Injustice Injustice would be being punished for something you didn't do. No one will receive Injustice. People should never pray for justice because they might get it their Justice is getting exactly what you deserve we're at that's I said Mercy is an unmerited gift that you did not deserve. There is no obligation of the gift-giver to give anything. And it is not unfair to give one person a gift and do not give another person a gift. It is entirely a voluntary thing on the part of The Giver. This is very difficult for people to understand and many people who call themselves Christian totally reject us but it is the truth nevertheless. As for organized religion commit exist because God commands that we worship corporately. He certainly does not have ject to private worship but he does require corporate worship.
