I had this issue incase of attraction towards youth of mature man - not everyday too, yet in 1-2.30 months and day before was feeling guilty of the same; Yet as I realised it yesterday, I accepted this that it's a memory of beautiful attraction as the 1st way I had tried to control it a lot in different ways, So 2nd way was acception and decided will not think ,24 hrs of same as my life does not revolve around only one thing!!
