Proposed categories: -Best Customer Support (Issues escalation for Phones) Consider Avenues of opening a ticket, ticket status tracking, communication. -Best Online Ordering Experience (Who communicates best with their customers) Shipping Status, Delays Status, compensations for delays. -Best Manufacturer Warranty (Obvious) -Best Purchasable Extended Warranty look at the fine print and cost aspect - weigh the companies against each other. -Best Smartphone Company with the most In-Person Support Offerings. Always probably going to be Apple - but who knows. Just a thought - these are all shiny toys and they all look glowy when you're in your hands but really we want to support healthy company models and support offerings as well.
