No reason to not include an SD card slot. I've also got a OnePlus 10 pro and the mediatek processor does not have the heating issues of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. A good amount of users don't consider the investment vs the value. I own this model & it's great for the money. While I own a laptop, this plus the keyboard affords me the flexibility of leaving it at home when I go to work & do as I need.
