Well it’s $120 cheaper than a baseline iPad Air, but the real issue becomes: What value do you get for the $120 premium? An awful lot. I’ve been using an iPad Pro for five years now. It is a high productivity tool. I use as an independent IT field engineer. It is insanely integrated with my MacBook Pro, and MacBook Mini. Apple always make sure that their iPads receive long-term support. There’s no question you’re going to get the latest iOS. With Android, you get what you get when you buy it, and you shouldn’t expect to move on from that. Also, the equivalent apps, while more plentiful than Apple, often end up, looking like cheap shareware. And they integrate as well as cheap shareware Hard pass. By the way, I take 4K video with my iPad Pro. M1. Many of my deliverables are images. I will not embarrass myself taking cheap quality photographs. You pull out an excellent quality iPad, and you tell everybody around you you’re serious IT professional. Not really sure why anything is compared with Apple, Apple fans will always buy Apple and everybody else will buy android. Does anybody use the camera on their tablet? Or anything else for that matter? I only use mine as a back up device for surfing when I don't want to reach for my laptop and the phone is too small if I'm looking at a lot of stuff up close like product images.
