Setting aside preconceptions of what's impossible can lead to incredible achievements. 01:09 πŸ€” Embrace the idea that what seems impossible might actually be possible. Experience reinforces belief in surpassing limitations. 02:19 🌟 Focus on inner growth for lasting success. External achievements don't guarantee fulfillment; inner game triumphs outer game. 03:27 πŸ’‘ Success and fulfillment are distinct. While success involves achieving goals, fulfillment is about realizing one's true purpose. 05:44 πŸ”„ Historical cycles indicate shifts between strong and weak times, influencing societal mindsets. 07:05 🌱 Life stages follow a pattern: spring (growth), summer (testing beliefs), reaping, and winter (reflection, mentoring). 10:28 🌍 Global shifts indicate potential challenges and growth opportunities, especially in facing geopolitical clashes. 11:25 😟 Learned helplessness and a lack of compelling future perspectives can hinder personal growth. 13:00 πŸ’ͺ Change begins with expanding personal identity. Updating self-perception allows for growth beyond limits. 16:29 πŸ”₯ Challenging experiences reshape identity and expand personal capabilities, pushing beyond comfort zones. 18:21 πŸš— Re-engineer oneself for resilience during challenging times, akin to modifying a vehicle for a rough race. 19:32 πŸ”„ Embrace what you can't control and learn from it; COVID-19 offered opportunities to reach more people and make a greater impact. 20:15 🌟 Adapt to change by believing that "what's next is always better," and actively work to make it so. 21:10 πŸ’‘ Passion fuels genius; sustained hunger for improvement drives success more than age or background. 23:13 πŸ‹β€β™‚ Hunger is the key factor for lifelong success; maintaining passion and drive regardless of age. 25:01 🧠 Overcoming trauma involves finding something you value more than your pain or problem; leveraging that to drive change. 30:29 πŸ” Understand a person's life story, desires, problems, battles, and insights to help them change their story and life. 34:00 🧭 Finding emotional resonance in one's values, similar to values admired in others, can be a catalyst for change. 36:00 🧠 Balance intellect with emotion; true change comes when emotion drives the application of intellectual understanding. 37:27 πŸ’” Emotion is where change begins and ends; understanding the heart's power aids in creating lasting change. 38:49 πŸ“ˆ Avoid falling into shallow emotional manipulation; focus on lasting, meaningful change beyond the temporary emotional pump-up. 39:20 🧠 Leveraging emotion precision can shift biochemistry, aiding in stress management and performance. 40:15 πŸ‹β€β™‚ Performing on stage involves extreme physical exertion, impacting biochemistry significantly. 40:56 🌐 Audience biochemistry mirrors the presenter's, a phenomenon linked to mirror neurons. 41:22 πŸ† Championship biochemistry involves surging testosterone, aiding retention and focus under stress. 42:18 🧬 Emotionally wired biochemistry sustains lasting change and strength under stress. 43:27 πŸ’‘ Life values evolve across different life phases, influencing lessons learned and perspectives. 45:46 πŸ•° Life's stages - power periods, elderhood - shape fulfillment and mentorship. 46:27 ❄ Generational phases (Spring, Summer, Winter) correlate with societal dynamics and challenges. 47:49 🌱 Winter times signify fear and limitations but present opportunities for growth and reaping. 48:17 πŸ” The Winter phase necessitates adaptation and retooling for personal and professional growth. 49:00 πŸ’ͺ Building resilience in Winter is crucial; strategies can help navigate and thrive during challenging times. 50:37 🧭 Progress, mastery, and serving others create a fulfilling cycle of growth and contribution. 53:24 πŸ™ Happiness stems from progress and appreciation; mastering focus and gratitude is vital. 56:55 πŸ”„ Adapting to life changes requires updating values, beliefs, and behaviors to align with new conditions. 58:37 🧠 Continuous learning and daily practice are key to sustained growth and development in life. 59:19 🌟 Focusing on essential areas like emotions, relationships, finances, career, and spirituality is crucial for personal growth. 01:00:44 πŸ’‘ Developing pattern recognition, utilization, and creation skills aids in excelling in various fields. 01:05:39 βš• Breakthroughs in medicine include stem cell therapies, epigenome restoration, and regenerative treatments, impacting energy, health, and longevity. 01:12:11 🌱 Tony Robbins actively explores cutting-edge medical advancements like stem celltreatments and small embryonic stem cell therapies to maintain vitality and health. 01:15:42 🌍 Innovating event formats and technologies, Robbins creates engaging global experiences, demonstrating adaptability and reinvention in helping people worldwide. 01:17:04 🌐 Teams driven by a shared mission attract skilled, mission-aligned individuals, forming a powerful core. 01:18:16 πŸšͺ When someone lacks drive or certainty in the team's mission, coaching them on skills or finding solutions becomes necessary. 01:19:00 🎭 Creating impactful moments and experiences for people, like surprise events, leaves lasting impressions. 01:19:58 🌟 Stanford's study showed that Tony Robbins' program, Date with Destiny, yields significantly higher positive emotions and lower negative emotions compared to traditional treatments for depression. 01:21:25 🧠 Biochemistry plays a part in depression, but what we focus on and feel also significantly influence our mental states. 01:25:09 πŸ”„ Physiology, focus, and language are intertwined in shaping emotions; changing these can alter biochemistry. 01:31:18 πŸ’‘ A compelling future, alongside a powerful identity, motivates sustained change and growth. 01:33:27 πŸŽ“ Tony Robbins' approach integrates entertainment, education, and empowerment for impactful, immersive learning experiences. 01:35:05 🧠 Understanding alone doesn't create change; it's about embodying knowledge. 01:35:48 🎢 Information without emotion isn't retained well; emotion is crucial for change. 01:36:32 πŸŒ€ Most people live in a semi-hypnotized state, engaging in automatic behaviors. 01:37:00 πŸ’ͺ Immersion is key; physical action helps knowledge become automatic, like tying shoes. 01:38:09 🏞 Changing behavior often requires a new environment or group with aligned values. 01:40:57 🧭 Self-esteem comes from personal achievements, not just external validation. 01:42:48 πŸ”„ Environment shapes behavior; sometimes drastic change is necessary for transformation. 01:43:43 πŸš€ Immersion compels growth when there's no choice but to evolve.>> <<@MyKellysAC says : I agree of the culture of weakness. But progress is only a band-aid to the real issue. We go through our whole lives trying to get to that next big thing. We set goals and chase after "progress", thinking if we could just get further or do more. When what we need is something to fill the God sized whole in our hearts. Jesus is what we all need. He should be the root and the anchor in which what we build upon. He is the only one who gives true peace, a peace that passes all understanding. No matter what you do, it all means nothing without Christ. One day we will all have to give an account for everything we have done even every idle word. So call upon Christ before it's too late. ❀>> <<@faith5484 says : Is it b*shut Tony Robins? Clinical Depression is DEFINITELY a physical change in the brain. People who have this are not the people with shoulders forward, head down, slow talkers. In many cases, these people who exhibit these traits are sad, not clinically depressed. I spend large amount of time helping men who have depression and other mental health issues. I can tell you first hand that the huge majority of these people could NOT be recognised as depressed. They cover up the symptoms, as I did. To suggest that depression can always be recognised is one of the most dangerous things I have ever heard from an incredibly influential person. I have taken part in Tony's seminars, listened and viewed his podcasts and videos, and read his books. He has taught me alot about myself and have benefited from them. However, I have also had terrible depression, not because I am sad, but because of a chemical imbalance within my brain. This can not be cured by the methods Tony has spoken about. I have worked extremely hard to overcome my illness and have to take medication every day to ensure my brain is set at a level that is on an even keel. I suggest that Tony backs off talking about depression. It is a genuine illness that can be controlled, but not cured. I have overcome it and know all too well the ramifications of ignoring or hiding the symptoms. This is dangerous. It can and has led to fatal consequences. Nobody wants that. Although I agree with Tony's assertion that a physiological change can be brought about by the methods mentioned, clinical depression can NOT. I am more than happy to talk with you or Tony about this.>> <<@rmorph33 says : Thank you Tom and Tony.
