Are you suggesting young ladies should have children at 15 and 16 as you said they did in generations past for thousands of years?
>>
<<@Dreaming7778
says :
Women, do not believe you would be healthier having kids just bc this guy says so. That’s not a good belief to perpetuate. I am very active and mostly thin but I tend to gather weight in my stomach due to stress of overeating/ undereating bc my food supply is not abundant.

I consider whole grain pasta to be healthy, but you should have them split up in to maximum 2 meals a day, and with a good amount of healthy plant seed oils (I prefer olive). Other than that I eat nuts and vegetables. Only drink water, coffee, and tea without milk or sugar. If you're vegan have your vit.B12 and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids (like algae oil), maybe vit.D if you're a nightshift worker or not out in the sun much, and you're good. I'm 40 years old, athletic, everyone thinks I'm much younger. Take good care of your bodies folks 💟

Whichever origin you are from try to know the practice of your ancestors for better life and reuse it. As for Indians I believe it was the lifestyle with physical work.. All the problems we go through today were faced differently and was solved, we just don’t have the resources to guide us.. Nothing is going to change until we move around. Yoga is good for overall body but it is not a one solution to all the ailments.

Young women do not need any more lectures about improving their physical appearance, especially about the abdominal region of the body. Remember that Sadhguru's "business" is yoga, and even his "inner engineering" program is body-based (I've done it). I have had certified women yoga teachers who had "belly fat." My mom had belly fat, yet she was healthy and lived to 87. Getting rid of belly fat should not be an issue directed at young women as an additional source of stress for them. What Sadhguru says in this video is full of contradictions, such as saying that city life is stressful but doing exercise before going to work in an office all day is not enough because people used to work in the fields all day (so what do we do about that?); and that women not having babies before the age of 22 causes body problems in the reproductive area of health, but it 's very good that the age will probably rise to 35. Focusing on the body identity is identifying with the ego, the "little self." Our true identity is in Oneness and wholeness with all beings and with our Source. If we correct our mistaken thought of separation from each other and from our Source in our identity, all else will follow. We are one, and "belly fat" is inconsequential in our healing by knowing our truth within.

Sadhguru has a bigger belly than me. I'm fine with my belly, my man loves my curves. My grandma worked way harder than me and she had a giant belly. Grains, dairy, sugar makes the belly grow. Fruits and veggies keep it flat. Learn balance and you'll be ok.

This video makes me sad. Promoting Hatha yoga to women could’ve been done in a much better way. I think it’s harmful to tell young women that having belly fat is a bad thing. The fact that this video is targeted to young women is concerning. Do you know how many young girls struggle with self esteem issues and bullying already? If I saw this video when I was a kid, it would’ve worsened my self esteem and caused even worse disordered eating habits! Everyone has some fat. Some more and some less. And just because someone is fat does not mean they are asking for illness and diseases. This statement is fatphobic and fat shaming. You can be healthy and fat at the same time! Secondly, suggesting that women’s reproductive system is or was in the past… kept healthy by birthing children is just spreading false information. Many women choose not to have children and their reproductive systems are just as healthy. This idea is giving “women’s main purpose on earth is to make and care for babies” vibes which is also not true at all. 👎 And why is it more important for women to focus on their health? Where’s the video targeted at young men to make sure they have a flat stomach? I guess there isn’t one… because fat shaming is even more pressured onto women and young girls.

No one deserve to judge about Fertility issue unless you go talk to someone who is dealing with it. It is real. If not search for women’s story who is going through IVF. It will open up some eyes practically and not theoretically. Stop acting ignorant and try to dismiss truth. Sadhguru is just pointing out the facts. Reality will hit you once your and your dream of having father becomes struggle. With that being said there are other choices like adopting children. But my understanding from this video is, so whatever you want but you can profoundly balance your physical health life by injecting yogasanas. 🙏

Summary: In this video, Sadhguru discusses the issue of abdominal fat in women and its impact on their health. He emphasizes that women need to take extra care of their health due to their complex reproductive system. In the past, physical work and early childbirth helped maintain women's health, but modern lifestyles have led to abdominal fat accumulation and various health issues. Sadhguru recommends practicing intense Hatha Yoga from a young age to maintain reproductive health and balance the body's chemistry. He also mentions that urban women face additional stressors, and yoga can help bring balance to their body chemistry and handle stress. Sadhguru believes that practicing yoga is essential for future generations to prevent rising health problems among women.
