This feels so right! In comparison with recent American/Canadian films like "Sierra Burgess is a loser" and "Hashtag Roxy" who also draw on Rostand's famous verse play for inspiration [I use the word loosely], here we see how the French keep their theatrical and film traditions alive and thriving with true panache.
