All of which results in unidentified informants profiting $20 grand, fines up to $70,000, house arrest for a year, prison for life... This is all coming from a govt that supports bail for repeat offenders and Chance for parole or at the very least a transfer to medium or minimum security for offenders who commit murder and the most horrendous of crimes, including serial killers. And I never once heard that it was about the 14 day boarder policy. A friend finally explained it to me and the incredible irony, in my mind, that no grocery employees (front liners) were ever questioned about vaccines! WE WERE THE MOST LIKELY TO PASS COVID ON A MASS SCALE, while truckers work in isolation for the most part. Shame on CBC FOR Collusion. If proper investigative coverage had been presented, Canadians would not have been divided. It seemed idiotic that all grocery employees were ignored, while truckers were mandated. And CBC gave the notion it was about civil rebellion on principle, when it was a very practical livelihood dilemma the government imposed on the least likely to pass on COVID And that while completely ignoring the most likely! As a cashier at a grocery during COVID we dropped like flys when the masks came off. Fortunately it was after COVID had much less damage potential, we were all vaccinated and most of us were young adults with strong immune system - BUT, we run a grocery in a senior predominant area of the city!
