In the past, several times I had tried to read scripture and I couldnt understand. After, God revealing Himself not of me, seperate from me I knew in my mind He "is" so I thought maybe now if I try to read the bible that I would understand scriptures and I did and I was able understand what I was reading and saw Jesus in exodus with the first Passover lamb and blood on door post would cover me and angel of death past by as in the account. I believed it was a forshadow or telling of Jesus Christ and to take the blood was faith in action. Like they did in exodus, the people believed what God told Moses and did what God told them and the whole action was of faith believing. How the blood of Christ covers us and His righteousness put to our account. We dont trust, ourselves if we live in the Spirit in our new nature we will not carry out deeds of the flesh. There's a spiritial battle going on all the time and temptation which we can not live out our faith in Jesus without the power of the Holy Spirit as we have gifts and the fruit of the Spirit not of ourself but its our responses, the way we respond to the truth as we live and other frequent command is to do what is right, do what is right. We find this in scriptures living word, sharper than double edge sword ....able to judge thoughts and intensions of man. Its a real active relationship with God the Father, His Son Jesus and the Spirit who is the Spirit of truth, comforter, counselor and we have the peace that surpasses understanding, the joy of the Lord and we can rejoice and praise God in trials cause we trust God and we know He is faithful. Like, David said, I sought the lord and He heard me and thats why I trust in Him. Jesus said, ask seek and knock and this in prayer and thru His word. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God and be transformed by the renewing of the mind taking every thought captive to the obedence of God. Gods sanctification is life long and will obtain perfect when we are in glory with the Lord. Its not our rightousness but Christ rightousness put to our account.
