And it's just as Sadhguru said. If you are focused on more than just yourself and your own well being, you dont have to act humble And what I will add to this is, if your intentions are the well being of everyone involved in whatever situation with equal fairness and just -ness, humbleness, caring what other people think, and worrying can get tossed out the window. For its from these intentions you will act, and it's from these intentions will you reap what you sow. And your humbleness will be made evident in the results of your actions, even if many refuse to see it. Responsibility. If you are responsible, and can take whatever heat comes your way for your actions, and not make excuses, then you are ready to make tough decisions. And you don't have to hide or be humble in front of anyone for at the end of the day while you are taking responsibility for the well being of others, they are still trying to give it away.
