Otherwise they leave debris in your colon. Raw vegetables can be very hard on your system. If you live in a cold climate, you shouldn't eat them at all. Whilst I rnjoy Sadhguru's videos, I also think you have to think for yourself and know your body and know what works for your body. For me, all food is God's gift to us and provides us with nutrients at appropriate times in different climes. I don't believe anything is a one size fits all and I think it's wrong to try and make it that way. Moderation is the key as well as knowing yourself. I recently had a blood test. They told me it was boring I was so healthy. I eat everything in moderation, but certainly not all at once. Rather, I eat different things over different weeks.
