Wise words. I'm doing Isha Kriya for months now and the kind of clarity and awarness it brings its special. Also when I drink or get high I doesn't like it anymore because these activities take away all the awarness that I have accumulated, Im still fighting to do not drink or get high anymore but social circustamstances are a real struggle.
