Waking up at pre-dawn (around 5 am) was a common practice of the ancients. Distractions have taken that practice away from us. Now, we have to struggle to even go to bed early in order to wake up at pre-dawn.

That is cool, I alway was wandering why I wake up from 3:10 to 3:50 every morning. I thought it’s because my body wants to go to the bathroom. When I found out from Sadhguru that this time is so important I started doing practices I was initiated by Sadhguru. Shoonya is my favorite, I love silent meditation. I find the whole universe inside me when I do silent meditation. Not always most of the time I watch the chatter in my head, however when the moment of emptiness comes better to say when I open and except emptiness in me it’s flight to somewhere else who knows where…😃the feeling is not possible to describe. Just feeeelllll ….. ❤

But after all, how can I know what is the best time to wake up? I've seen thumbnails with 03:30, 03:40, 04:00, 04:30... And aren't there some influencing variables? like: - The time adjustments 1 hour ahead or behind? - The latitude etc I love Sadhguru's content but it's really hard for me to figure out the principle to calculate the ideal hour to wake up... can somebody please help?
