As said, so many factors involved with depression and anxiety. I feel most comes from our food lacking nutrients it once had 40, 50 yrs ago. That and today society. Too often people don't fit the mold. I suffer from suppressed childhood trauma and arthritis, fibromyalgia, back issues I can hardly walk and take meds for anxiety and depression and I still have some problems dealing with it. It angers me so that the use of our pineal gland use is for the most part, hidden knowledge and compromised here in America and it's practice deemed as witchcraft, voodoo, hippie, hogwash, lazy treehouses and who knows what else instead of informing what it really is! That and not growing up knowing what medication is to take is growing in the woods and weeds.
