Europe now makes more money from other activities like programming and space activity and other activities . However the Rich who control Europe do not want Africa to develop . From the early 1920 time maybe even sooner the plan for Africa was to train all African Leaders to be pro socialist and pro communist systems so that would destroy Africa .Regrettably this policy was successful in most of Africa .Now many countries in Africa have a rail line from the mines and to the harbours to be shipped out as primary ore produce worth very little by the ton .For example one Barrel of oil ¬150 liters bought for $100 makes finished products worth north of $ 2500 . That is before the oil products are turned into final finished goods like cars electronics etc which again makes more profits..If Africa can organise all the production from all the regions into final produced goods they can reverse the need to be semi colonized. The UN and world Banks have systematically followed their wealthy patrons of USA and Europe bosses to deny Africa access to their future .That's done with generating systems that they know will keep Africa as failed states and also worse cause the brain drain of the most educated and trained Africans to leave Africa for better pay outside Africa . Nigeria is starting to exit this problem as they now have wealthy clever entrepreneurs in many industries both inside Nigeria and outside in the USA and Europe . Again Nigeria fights the odds because of sabotage of electric power grid from corruption and worse the Europe's and USA paid for profiteers Lebanese mafia that controlled Nigeria for many decades . Although the rest of the world says no to Russia clearly products like trucks from Russia are better suited to the harsh environment of Africa's bad roads . Twain's computer industry has the best most reliable ecteronic micro chips to advance computer systems .The logic for Africa is buy from any source they can the products that will help their parts of Africa and ignore UN and USA an d Europe's sanction's on other parts of the world like Russia Nigeria for instance has vastly reduced its oil sales to the rest of the world because basically the USA Bush family owns and controls the majority of Nigeria's oil .Because Nigeria is getting too rich from oil and the bush families oil industry from Ghana and other regions near to Nigeria are more interesting to develop the result is much off the Ghana oil is shipped to Nigeria to then be shipped to outside Africa .Then this does not expose Nigeria has cut its owns oil production .These games are done using all the powers that UN and world banks use to manipulate the worlds supply of raw materials and keep Africa poor . The UN biggest priority is to stop Africa gaining a population where it could risk Africa to break out of the poverty trap .It is very hard to make most African countries work well because distances are large and population density is very low . God seems to love Africa it is a jewel .
